Shipping and Delivery Policy
Athletic Air
This policy describes the delivery times, coverage and conditions for orders placed through the official Athletic Air sales channels.
Delivery times
Except in unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, orders will be delivered within 1 to 4 business days, counted from payment confirmation and the sending of the order confirmation email.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. This time frame may vary depending on the destination city and carrier availability.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship only within Colombia. At the moment we do not cover the following areas:
- San Andrés y Providencia
- Amazonas
- Guainía
- Guaviare
- Vaupés
- Vichada
- Maicao (La Guajira)
If your delivery address is in one of these areas, we will contact you to let you know that the shipment cannot be processed.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase and shown before you complete the transaction, together with your order summary.
Orders of $259,900 COP or more ship free nationwide (within the areas covered by this policy). For orders below that amount, the shipping cost will be the one shown at checkout for your destination city.
Delivery attempts
The carrier will make up to three (3) delivery attempts at the address registered in the order. If delivery has not been possible after these three attempts, the order will be cancelled automatically and the price of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
The refund will be made to the original payment method, following the time frames and conditions set out in our Warranty and Returns Policy.
